Each time the sister gets caught in an erotic trap in the dungeon, her arousal level increases, gradually draining her stamina. When it becomes unbearable, she can reset her arousal by engaging in prostitution in town. Actively engage in prostitution to manage arousal!
The weapons and armor(?) found in the dungeon are hardly reliable!
