After the straightforward events of the previous game, everything needed to truly shape the project has finally come together. A special thank you goes out to everyone who experienced the earlier version of the hotel. Your support played a key role in bringing this revamp to life.

This new iteration pushes the experience further, introducing a stronger horror atmosphere intertwined with a more mature and suggestive tone, supported by completely redesigned mechanics and upgraded visuals. As in any classic survival format, your goal will be to endure the night in order to reach the hotel and advance. However, nothing will be handed to you. There are no clear explanations, no guiding voice, only fragments, sensations, and your own interpretation. 🕯️

The game branches into multiple paths and endings, shaped by the choices you make and the limits you are willing, or unwilling, to impose on yourself. Every decision matters, even the ones that may seem insignificant at first. 🎭

For now, the demo version includes a Custom Night designed to showcase much of the horror component, along with five fully playable animations presented in both first and third person perspectives.

Why did it take so long?

Over the past six months, the entire project has been rebuilt from the ground up using Unreal Engine 5. It was an unfamiliar tool at first, but one that ultimately proved essential to achieving the level of quality and atmosphere I envisioned.

Every aspect has been reworked. No more repetitive arcade-style minigames or redundant gameplay loops, at least that is the goal. Some familiar elements will return in a more refined form, including gambling mechanics, now integrated in a way that feels more meaningful within the overall experience. 🎰

 A sense of duality shapes the experience, hinting at an internal struggle that the player will gradually perceive rather than be directly told. Whether you choose to maintain control or give in to certain impulses will influence not only your survival, but also the direction of what unfolds.
