The stage is the Demon Realm. As the female ninja Fuma Komachi, your goal is to climb the dungeon known as Lilith's Tower and defeat the enemy at the summit.

The tower features roguelike elements: every time you enter, your level, weapons, and items are reset.

Additionally, lewd demons called "Incubi" patrol the floors. You have no choice but to flee from them and must move stealthily to stay out of their line of sight.
