Gameplay:
During the day, you’ll explore the hospital, meet eccentric patients and staff, and progress through various quests. Through conversations and events, you'll uncover fragments of the story and gather crucial clues.

But when night falls, everything changes. Those familiar faces transform into terrifying creatures. You’ll have to hide, run, and make clever use of limited items and your surroundings if you hope to survive until morning.

In the nightmare, you will once again encounter the people you met during the day. But the ones you face now are no longer the people you knew.
