If you have a previous save, you will need to delete CompanionData.txt from 'C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\LAGS\RingManSpiritHunt'. Keeping the previous version of this file will result in no character movement.

Don't worry, it's not being developed alongside the other two games. It was supposed to be a DLC for LSH but development stopped. However, now I'm planning to launch it as a separate title in the future. Over the past month I tweaked many things to make it a little different than LSH. I'm uploading it now to see the fate of the project and continue writing the story for it.

Requirements (All requirements are for the current version. May vary for future versions):

Story:

You play as Masuo. The story takes place prior to the events of LSH when there were no proper tools to deal with ghosts. Regina drags you into ghost hunting after she sent Rumia (your mentor) on a different mission. Luckily for Masuo, his roommate Aoi has decided to take an indefinite leave from work to help him catch those nasty ghosts.

Gameplay:

Find the ghost room using a thermometer, then try to identify the ghost using evidence tools and observing its behavior. Once the ghost is identified, make a special dagger by placing the cauldron in the ghost room and putting the right ingredients in it. After getting the special dagger, hunt for ghost items (glowing purple) and put them in the cauldron to finally banish the ghost.

But it doesn't end there. You can explore the map to interact with NPCs and complete their questlines to get special rewards. Being part of the Magic Ring, there will be so many hidden secrets in the game.
