During the battle with the True Ancestor, the church's saintess "Iris Chromel" became a vampire. As a result of turning into a demon, she faces the danger of being stripped of her saintess title. However, one day, she learns of a holy relic hidden deep beneath the labyrinth city that can completely seal her vampiric powers, prompting her to journey there. But... will she be able to conquer the dungeon and return to being human?

Labyrinth City Asylum is an action RPG where you control the heroine Iris to conquer dungeons. Alternate between the story-driven city and combat-filled dungeons to clear a five-floor dungeon! Iris is an exceptionally strong girl, so combat generally poses little challenge. However, beware of monsters that launch lewd attacks or bosses that grow stronger as the protagonist's "lewdness level" increases—letting your guard down could be dangerous! The game features eight different endings, including bad endings, for a multi-ending experience. Please enjoy them all!
